Assured Buy Back Scheme by Developer

Under this scheme the developers assure the buyers/ investors that they will buy back the property in an increased rate after a stipulated time period, generally 18 to 36 months. The repurchase value is usually 30-35% more than the purchase value the buyer is paying for the time being. and the buyers/ investors will get about 20 to 30 % annually appreciation under this scheme.
